Paula L. Rudy is a truly remarkable person with a deep understanding of adolescents and families in trouble. In 1984 she helped found the Cascade School, a highly respected therapeutic boarding school, incorporating college prep level academics with personal growth and emotional development. As a key contributor to program development, she helped create an outstanding personal growth curriculum. As a master facilitator, she trained staff and supported hundreds of students in their journey from agony and despair to emotional maturity. Paula has since created an innovative consulting practice, assisting individual families through challenging times, leading them from crisis to health and wholeness as a family.

Paula actively tours schools and programs nationwide. She has extensive first hand knowledge of the many outstanding options for placement.

This knowledge, coupled with her wisdom and experience, make her uniquely qualified to guide and direct families in making these important decisions.
